How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Lifematchgo Walk-In Tubs wants every person who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.
1. Topics You Can Bring Up
You may write to us about:
- Your experience phoning or messaging Lifematchgo Walk-In Tubs
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we matched you with acted
2. If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service.
If you have a problem with work in your home, first raise it with the provider. Keep a written record.
Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please note that Lifematchgo Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.
3. What to Send Us
Email contact@lifematchgo.space with these details:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you phoned or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what outcome you want
4. What Comes Next
1. We confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. 2. We look into it. This may include contacting the provider. 3. We reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
5. If You Are Still Unhappy
Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also get help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
