Our Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Lifematchgo Walk-In Tubs wants lifematchgo.space to work well for everyone. That includes older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement shows our approach. It is a general template, not legal advice.
1. The Aim
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
2. Steps We Take
We try to:
- Use clear headings in a logical order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text large, with strong color contrast
- Make each page work with a keyboard
- Lay pages out to read well on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly and keep forms short
3. Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may still miss these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content can sit partly outside our control. We review the site on a regular basis and fix problems as we find them.
4. Other Ways to Get Help
If something here is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@lifematchgo.space and we will do our part to assist. A family member or caregiver is welcome to reach out for you.
5. Send Us Feedback
Tell us where the site is hard to use. Email contact@lifematchgo.space and include:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What went wrong, and what you hoped would happen
- Your browser, device and any assistive software, if you can tell us
We read each message and aim to reply within a few business days.
6. Work That Continues
Accessibility is never done. As we update the website, we will keep improving it.
